It's got to stop, right now else in 20 yrs time we'll have lost this great nation to the extremists.

I was never in favour of Aboriginal courts either.

There is no place for special courts or systems of justice based on either race or religion.

The laws of this land are what they are and should apply equally to all without any fear or favor.

Courts already take into account personal circumstances when sentencing so that's all they need to do imho.
