Who would expect to see or even recognise hunched up worshippers like these, especially at night

Can you see the irony? Taking off shoes to pray on a road. They are subtly demonstrating that the councils are not helping them find a bigger place to pray so they "must" accept $$ from Saudi Wahhabism.
