This just has to be one of the best value oilers around at present.
Trading on a PE below 9 times 2004-2005 earnings, with a very active drilling programme ahead.
Oil stocks with excellent earnings that are ignored by the market in preference to other oilers usually surge when sentiment suddenly changes.
Everything is in place for ARQ to make a big move and surprise most Hot Copperites.
