    Who decides what is actually breaking the law.
    Do we move to where employers can bill for time taken by their employees to check and answer text messages on their personal phone that are not work related?
    If you are on a salary, what are the legal parameters of that?
    Then how do businesses deal with the cost of training someone to a point they can make a profit for their employer, which can take months and thousands of dollars, only to see them leave at a moments notice?
    Getting a bit hard to run a business today, don't you think?
