I reckon you will be close to the mark @ 1400bopd.

RE PV (earlier comment) If there is a 'paper issue' ie legal, land, JV etc it will take ages to resolve. Everybody will need to get lawyer up and chase up money for nothing - hey it's the Californian way.

Re Revenues; if oil is at $130/bbl, heavy (10-14 API) will be around $110-112/Bbls) This is based on chevron prices and trucking for the san J Basin.
