Im not sure if they have the worst management.
I have held for a few years and am down right now about 50k on this one.
As it was always a speccy the risks were understood.
I think the real issue is they tried to take on too many projects without adequate partnerships - and then like a lot of small cash starved speccies got caught unawares.
I believe the assets are fairly good and worthy of development which will happen at some point in the future.
I support a delisting at the moment as this is the best way for me to recover my losses - the company will have to find a parternship to develop these assets if we are to recover any value as shareholders.
However I think this is now a long term prospect and you may need to hold 3-5 years to see any real movement.
