Mind you it seems to me that given what occurred with the gas field ownership we may be up for a repeat performance with the power plant and will be forced to "accommodate" a local for 50%, with little or no compensation.
I can imagine some in Indonesia looking at the assets and the delays and all that has occurred and quietly eliciting govt support for the transfer...just looks too easy.
