The Board of CML meets tomorrow, so don't expect too much until at least after market close tomorrow (at best).
Suspect KKR knows they are the only ones capable of pulling this off at these levels, but CML and its advisers need to canvass the SOP sale option and defense model ("pay us more" for your opportunistic and unwelcome bid... we are committed to our long term to deliver shareholder value Bull SH*T...)
