    Unilife Signs an Exclusive License Agreement with sanofi-aventis

    Key Points:
    •Sanofi-aventis secures exclusive rights to the Unilife Ready-to-Fill Syringe for five years
    •Unilife to receive an upfront license fee of A$16.4 million (€10 million) fromsanofi-aventis
    •Unilife and sanofi-aventis to negotiate in good faith to finalise an agreement to complete industrialisation of the licensed product under which sanofiaventis will bear the industrialisation costs initially estimated at A$24 to $27 million (€15 to €17 million)
