Probably, considering they have been banging on about identifying the large pool of proprietary candidates for a long time - maybe they will let it pass but it makes it look pretty bad if they were hitting on that aspect then letting it slide.
Who knows they might just keep trucking quietly until the need more money then they will have plenty to say as is the lifecycle.
