    You just have to consider the people involved, the resource potential, the backers - Azure Capital!
    There are obvious risks associated with dealing in Vietnam, however I cant see Azure / Ventnor capital putting their name to something that is a pump! They have a very good reputation around town and are in it for the long haul.

    Watch this space, exciting things are about to take shape very shortly!
