Hi topsy.Not sure if RKG is on deck.
The lead underwriters, UBS and the other one whom I've forgotten lay off their risk--just like a bookie.They may be able to shed their exposure to zero.There will be many sub-underwriters for this issue.Many will be o/seas.These guys hope to make a short term kill--2% or so.Sometimes it doesn't work as in this case.So,they unload the stock and wait for the next opportunity:its all part of their trade.
So yes they will be dumping stock.But there are big buyers out there--Orbis for one.
