My thoughts are that asic needs to have a chat with the directors. I was going to lodge a complaint before about directors not releasing details of contract - but wasn't sure what their disclosure obligations were. But this seems a pretty clear case of non disclosure.
I still have half my holdings, but have no idea where the company is going.
