Not vague or "not clear" as an announcement IMHO.
However, of course, this whole Placement and SPP is "subject to shareholder approval" at the AGM on November 15th.
I would expect that - as normally is the case ?? - shareholder approval will be "achieved"?? Comments most welcome.
