It might seem like I contradicted myself but not really. I know such negotiations can be tortuous because this is what I do.
However, my impression of the flow of information from BPO and my knowledge of such compounds suggests to me that there is long way to go yet in proving commercial viability.
Then of course you have a lengthy development and registration path, beit a natural compound or not.
Look, i want this to work as much as you guys - I have a reasonable amount of money tied up in it but it isn't an easy path. Even if they can sign agreements, serious cashflow (as royalties) is unlikely to occur until commercialisation which is likely to be a while down the track.
