    Meo must commit drilling by end of this year and meet all costs to earn 70% or to reassign a 35% interest in the permit. Only 2 and 1/2 months to go. Who is the JV that willing to take part in this tight frame situation. Maybe that is why no one joint in yet. Can someone tell me if my understanding is WRONG. Stop loss kicked me out @ 79c, since then I sit on my hands to watch.
