To get existing shareholders to take up 70% of such a large issue was a good result - a big committment especially as everybody is under water investing in this stock - it's easy to invest more funds when a Company is doing well and the shareprice is increasing but when the reverse is true you can be called 'nuts' for throwing more good money at it.
