chart wise, I feel a bounce is coming

PEM share price seems to be put into a position whereby it is ready, held around the $1 mark - looks good for a 2.5 for 1 offer I reckon

Both bring synergies so I dont think either will necessarily gain greatly as in a takeover - although I still think CBH will initially come off the better as TOHO would need sweetening before selling their stake.

All that said it could all fall on its backside although a joined company would be something much more special than two individual ones as they currently stand
