I'd say the Thorium is worth nothing because there are at present no buyers for thorium. That may change in the future but it is so far down the track that it is not worth considering at this time.
Apart from the fact that very little thorium is used at present and that situation is not likely to change soon, we should consider that thorium is a relatively common element. So, little demand and potential massive over-supply if demand did pick up.
Stick to rare earths and uranium. Forget thorium.
