I'm going to make a predction (so take it with a grain of salt). I don't know much about options (i just buy and sell shares) etc but if there are options up in Dec for aorund 6cents? Then its likely a revenue update will come included with the quarterly then you'll see a Borba update close to when the options are due to try and push the price up so they generate the options funds and it may include other news to do with the Phillipines. - DYOR.
