All the points have been previously raised indivually in the past in response to negative postings however Piggybanks has done an awesome job summarising the whole situation of PRR with such clarity .... it's a "must read" for anyone interested in the stock & it's history & puts lots of criticism to rest (eg the placement to Freedman @ .026 that everyone criticised, forgetting that the deal was done when the stock was still trading at ~.03ish - way before the spike to .11) !!
