I just spoke to Stewart Usher of Ritract and there will be no notice about the changing of the ex price of the options RTLO at the end of the month from 30c to 75c.
If you ex before sep30 you get a share and keep the option at ex 75c before end 2006...the new "old" options will be RTLOB.
There could be some money to be made here for the professional trader before end Sep ...especially when the cuurent price of 4c for RTLO reflects the ex price of 75c..Stewart says it takes 1 week to issue stock and exercise forms are on Ritract's web site.
