I didn't think it was necessary to join a class action because I thought it would ultimately be detrimental to OZL. But the more I think about what has unfolded, the apparent lack of transparency, the 'odd' happenings over the last few months - it all just doesn't seem to add up to being totally in the interests of SHs.
I wouldn't go as far as vretts in saying there have been potentially criminal actions, but I'm leaning more to thinking that shareholders have not been justly represented.

So thanks for the heads-up.
