Correct something is definitely progressing well behind the scenes, must be results pending for sure if they are great the SP will settle around the 5 to 6 cents mark in the short term then 10 cents next year sometime, things can move very fast with such a low MC of 5 million should be around $15 million MC as a base in all honesty.
