I found a great post on EXR (not cross promotion) by a poster by the name of OnlineProject2 post no 52635907.

1. Very informative about Mongolia but the video (44 mins) is an absolute classic made in mid 2020 with an interview with the MD of EXR,
2. This is what we are following in Mongolia.

Please take the time to listen and remember it was recorded in mid 2020 and look at where EXR are today.
