Location: Singapore?? buyers are accustomed to going there twice a year for ruby auctions - centralized - neutral ground - financially favorable.
Marketing: hopefully management get busy with this and start visiting all potential buyers in person.
Cant be complacent - Building customer relations with the buyers should be at the forefront of what Christaan should be doing now.
Needs to get his sample bag out and start booking some flights. More buyers - more competition - more sales - higher sales.
Auction/Tender: - management have been to Gemfields Auction before so they should have a good idea on this process.
