Maybe I can give you a bit of back ground to the banana man! I've work in banana farming since i left school start with family company who had few acres and about a dozen staff. I love the idea of producing something for a profit. And the farm I worked for soon turn into a company and 12 workers went to 400 in 5 years and then I start managing one there farms establishing it from nothing. They grew from 50 acres to 1500 acres in 7-8 years with turn over of 50+ million AUD now 17 years later turn over 100+ and have 750+ employees i think you can work out the market cap! You know one thing I learnt from my mentors (the owners) think big when everyone else is thinking small (risk reward) and trust your instinct. And when I would here people question certain decisions relating to expansion or the like, they would say you gotta be in it to win!
I manage 300+ employees for the company in control of their for banana production, so yeah I'm the banana man and I love banana's in pyjamas
