Premium has mostly ranged between 0.5 to 1.0 cent although there have been times intraday where it has been closer to zero.
The premium generally represents the 'time to conversion' - in this case out to 2020.
IMO a one cent premium is about right for this one so expect the oppies to be 2.5cents short of the heads.
