Based on the information available at that time it could well have been a possibility, based on information available today it is probably not.
But given 12-18 months it could get close given a good JORC on Graphite and Rubies
All sales targets are meet or exceeded,
Mining licences granted,
New areas obtained,
Secondary ruby source found,
Graphite progress weather that be partnered or sold,
More that one plant/mine, the list goes on.
Then again it could get taken over or sold for bugger all, the future is not written yet but its taking shape rather well IMO
