You say sensational trials. But we really do not know a lot about who was tested and their ailments etc nor the conditions that applied at the trials? Were they done in their bedrooms or a clinic? Many more such questions unanswered.

Why wouldn't regulartory approvals not be promptly granted when the product is the same as the Turbine?

Shareholders have been waiting all year for those promised sales for the Turbine. Still waiting and profits not covering annual expenses. Suggest that you just hold on until we see company success stats on both products. Its very early days. The shareprice is telling you something??
