I watched a video on the Russian cities. There are about 30 cities with populations of about 600,000 and a few over 1 million. Apart from St Petersburg and Moscow which are the largest. The median monthly income in those 30 cities is about $500 to $800 USD a month. The cities look well maintained and good but the incomes are low compared to other modern countries. High levels of air pollution also exist.
