I dont think the issue really is whether Sandstorm make a big profit- we all hope to make a big profit.
The issue for me is, Is the Standstorm deal better than having to double the register to raise the needed equity.
If MYG turns out to be half as good as NST (and that seems very possible) then shareholders are going to be substantially better off with this Standstorm deal. The profit Sandstorm make will be insignificant compared to the gains by shareholders
