John Jones wants to remove Paul Benson and others as directors, and replace them with his own board!

No info given for the reasons for doing so.

I can't imagine what the dispute is about. TRY seemed to be very well run, and was/is moving forwards nicely.

Anyone have any ideas?

disclosure: (I sold out of TRY recently when the share hit my target price. I suspect TRY may have some more growth in it, without Au appreciation. But I was happy to take my profit from $1.00 and look for other opportunities).
