if we had 2 assets, ngpl and dbct, and management/bnb had sat on their butts for the past 5 years and had made no other purchases, we would all be sitting pretty...we would be making at least 10cps divs per year, and sitting on a beach in thailand

still, we would never have got it for as low as most of us did
