The 10 kg Mutooroo sulphide ore sample provided to COB, for testing via its proprietary cobalt recovery process, came from Mutooroo reverse circulation drillhole MTCR044.
MTCR044 recovered economic ore over the interval 78 to 109 metres (31 metres).
Its grade was 1.71% Cu and 0.18% Co.
Small amounts of gold are generally present, while the levels of deleterious elements such as arsenic and cadmium are negligible.

If testing shows positive results, it provides the basis for possible future co-operation between HAV and COB on a wide range of activities, including the marketing of cobalt sulphate concentrate.
Co-operation between COB and HAV is based on similar cobaltian pyrite ore and geographical proximity.
