I hope you're right Guerilla. HAV has had no rally based on the current Cobalt boom, in fact HAV is probably the only company which has Cobalt assets to go backwards! By the time the market has any faith in HAV the Cobalt boom will be over as batteries become Cobalt free, sad but probably true.
