I wonder how stockanalysis are going to describe this deal in there next issue, since on May 7th they valued Southern Star on its own at between $168M & $521M and Antares didn't achieve even the bottom figure with 3 groups to choose from.

As I said on other thread's, board backed themselves into a bad corner & no matter how they try & dress this deal up its a poor result at best.

As for all the self congratulations and other drivel in the document total waste of time. Totally unprofessional.

It would have been much to have spent there time telling shareholders how they are going to replicate the Cozart 19 No1 well, since there last attempts at doing so failed miserably, but there again Antares don't do negative news.
