Does anyone have a clue about the change in substantial holding by the Chinese?
Seems like a pretty rushed creation of a company in the Virgin Islands. "Date of change xx/04/12"!
Is this some new entity to possibly buy up a future sale by Kagara ?? Does it make any sense to anyone ?
