Freezing eggs and sperm - even lower tech than IVF, is it not? As this business is dependent on specialists, the huge danger is that the specialists lose interest or leave to create competition at the end of their contract, and this can also be a winning move for them if they hope to buy their businesses back at a lower price than they sold them for. Unfortunately the higher end market creates strategic problems once the business becomes too dependent on the non commoditised stuff. I've seen this happen in quite a few businesses where the "grey hair" hold the strings. After all many of these people are independent business people as much as medical specialists, and can get annoyed at dealing with corporate necessities.
Freezing brains for later re-animation would certainly be a winner, and I would certainly long if they could do something like that.
