I don't think the trade numbers for the last 6 months are anything but standard for this stock. It trades on a good yield and a low trailing P/E (around 12) but given the state of play within the IVF world, it would seem to me to be about right. IVF statistics for the last three years:

There's very little improvement in the market numbers across the last two years to suggest growth so there's no appetite for building this price up but reasonable returns for the risk so no need to sell out either.
