I agree that it won't be so much research keeping the specialists happy. I would agree that percentage of billings is important, but also access to operating theatres. I wonder if Virtus' excess day procedure capacity works for attracting and retaining specialists who can book in procedures to suit them but then acts as a drag on shareholder returns?
(I don't want to hijack a MVF post but I think VRT and MVF and their various challenges need to be considered together.)
