Blokes......I really do wish you all well with MVH, but to mislead the public by suggesting MVH have 45 million KSX shares in their closet is not kosher my good buddy.

Fact 1......MVH have 20 million shares in KSX, which they have an understanding on with the KSX management.

Fact 2.......They have the right to earn 25 million shares in KSX on certain performance criteria......my understanding is they will fall well short and not be entitled to this bonus.

In summary, MVH have a good backstop in the KSX holding if it is managed in a professional manner and will never have a want or need for capital in the short term as my belief is that any stock they wish to sell will be gobbled up by sophisticated KSX investors.

Take no offence from my post, it is simply aimed to keep all investors of both companies correctly informed.
