The share price peaked at around $11 at the end of 2019 through to the early part of 2020.
In the last three months of 2019, so just before the peak, MVP announced:

the approval by Europe for use when acute pain existed in emergency situations
an agreement with CSIRO to explore the use of continuous flow technology with medication other than Penthrax
China agreed to consider the use of the whistle
Russia agreed to look at the use of the whistle

Since then, and not in order, the plans to market the product through China has been discontinued due to "complexity".
The CSIRO have pulled out of the 2019 joint arrangement.
Sales in Europe, particularly in France, have been disappointing despite management changes to the marketing approach.
Sales in Australia have been steady but not outstanding as the bulk of Australian revenue is coming from the ambulance section rather than through hospitals.
Although the US have approved the trials for the product, costs of such trials can be quite high, so investors thoughts turn to a possible capital raising which wasn't a consideration a while back.
A capital raising when the SP is so low is far from ideal.

I think this could prove to be a winner but, to me, it hinges around, the acceptance of the product into the US and greater acceptance of the product around the world into hospitals and not just ambulance services. This may require a reduction in the manufacturing cost of the product.
I have no medical background, so my comments are a long way from those of an expert in this field.

Good summary there. Got numerous approvals, but failed to execute commercially. A number of growth prospects simply faded away. Assume Russia is not active in the current environment but not sure they actually announced that? What ever happened to Korea? Thought there was a partnership there too?

Stock desperately needs some sales traction in Europe. Without it, how does the USA meaningfully progress or is it at risk of being just another costly market to under deliver in? Not actually expecting great sales growth as I would expect if they had any wins in recent months, why wouldn’t they announce it as the share price continued to face downward pressure? Instead, ongoing silence which is frustrating
