    No I don't but they are two totally differently manufactured and constructed battery types with two totally different operations. I dont know if simply stacking Tesla Powerwalls in a MWh sized configuration is what happens or if thats been attempted either in an application. At first glance it would seem to be an expensive way to do it to me.

    If you were mixing chemicals, would you do 1000 small batch mixers, for the sake of redundancy, or would you attempt to split the volume over 3 mixers, or 4 to gain the benefits of scaling and also still enjoy redundancy benefits? Less control equipment, less software function requirements etc etc.

    Seeing as though these batteries operate a process, I try to examine them similarly.

    I've never said you are wrong, but I'm looking at it in that way. I'm also open to being wrong. If this kind of discussion doesn't happen within the RFX board, about optimal sizes for MW battery setups, then I would be worried.
