8mw/2mw battery - so 4hrs of storage comprising of 41 units
So 8 mw ÷ 41 gives us 328kw
So this battery is almost 33 times bigger than our zbm @10kw
It costs just over $ 20mil , but comes with 6mw of solar and a substation which i assume will need minimal capital works.
Guestimate capex on solar given existing substation -$ 5mil
So $15 mil on flow battery
15 ÷ 41 = $366,000 per unit inclusive instalation
366÷33 = $11,000 per unit if they were zbm's
Its a very rough back of the envelope guestimate & if the aussie $ keeps going up the Van. Flow will get cheaper
But i think the zbm's look competitive at this price , i wish we new what they actually cost us or our RRP
