Regarding the "frequency and ancillary services" market, this would be a capability provided by the grid-facing inverters to which any Redflow batteries are connected. No reason why it couldn't happen, but would need an integrator to design assemble and test a solution. (I doubt this is something the Victron inverters typically used in Redflow installations are designed or intended to do).
