I may be shot down for saying this, however my brief insight into the matter shows a lead from the front by Kasonga. Kasonga from memory has direct exposure to mining companies and is fairly switched on. It could just be that he is trying to create a deal to ensure the local people benefit from the countries deposits. Further to this there has also been talk of their own exchange etc. Hopefully deals are made that have mining incentives for exploration, with a fair kick back for finds, that actually make it back to the community.
