I am just going on what is currently out there. The exploration target with AVM is probably of less consequence as it is NOT IN CASH FLOW so why then go for it. I would think that Bill Turner with MWE directors are addressing the situation and will notify us. I would also assume that when the capital raising was done the Directors were obliged under a duty of care not to mislead the new shareholder about their situation in the DRC.

I thought that the capital raising indicated that they had done their homework and that MWE was not really affected.

The Govt of DRC seems to focus on cashflow and revenue generating opportunities. Exploration thus is of less importance. I would also think that Bill Turner would be looking at all his assets in DRC.
