    Very poor excuse for the wrong release. The appeal time is indicated on the cover page decision,
    as indicated in the first posting above.
    The Finnish consultants and the board member appear not be on the level of their tasks?


    The last one is clerical error by the court, if they had believed MWF
    and asked about the specific permit number, the court would have corrected the info.
