    Much of the fear of 'climate change' is the projection of runaway feedback loops once the planet warms beyond a certain point.

    If it is historically demonstrably that the world has been significantly warmer then currently, without these feedback loops acting as hypothesised, then much of the fear of 'climate change' is falsified.

    This is why there seems to be much effort in denying or ignoring the available evidence that the planet was ever warmer.

    Trees don't grow under ice sheets. If forests existed where glaciers are currently it is irrefutable proof that the planet has indeed been much warmer just 1000 years ago.

    Surely that's obvious?
